TRIO ROOZEMAN – AALTO – MEJIAS

Trio Roozeman-Aalto-Mejias performs two evergreen works of romantic chamber music: the piano trios of Felix Mendelssohn and Pyotr Tchaikovsky.

The concert opens with Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio No. 2, which thrills with its sparkling passion and ecstatic energy. The concert ends with Tchaikovsky’s Piano Trio, whose melancholy and romantic overflow transport the listener through light and vibrant variations to an intense, touching silence.
