ISBU-trio – feat. Petri Aarnio

The ISBU trio, which began its career in the autumn of 2021 and consists of the country’s most brilliant young music students, presents a vibrant musical experience. The concert opens with Mozart and Wennäkoski, performed with youthful joy and enthusiasm. The program culminates in Brahms’ beloved piano quartet, where the trio is complemented by their longtime mentor Petri Aarnio, concertmaster of the Radio Symphony Orchestra and first violinist of the Uusi Helsinki Quartet. But in this concert, Petri plays the viola!
