BIRDS OF PARADISE – new compositions and beloved classics

The brilliant artists, soprano Piia Komsi and violinist Kaija Saarikettu, performe their new nature inspired compositions. Ilmo Ranta is the pianist in the concert.

Several of the works of the concert will be heard as world premieres. The program also includes compositions inspired by birds and nature by Jean Sibelius, Armas Järnefelt and Richard Strauss.
