“End of Time” – Olivier Messiaen : Quartet for the End of Time

The Koiné Trio,  founded by violinist Mathieu Garguillo, cellist Basile Ausländer and pianist Pau Fernandez Benlloch, is joined by clarinetist Claudia Reyes Segovia to perform the Quartet for the End of Time by Olivier Messiaen, one of the most poetic and powerful chamber music works. Inspired by the Apocalypse of Saint John and composed in homage to the Angel who announces the end of time, this work carries a very strong spiritual message and is a real sensory experience, both for the performers and the listeners.

VIII. Louange à l’Immortalité de Jésus (Praise to the immortality of Jesus)
