Kevään päätöskonsertti: DJANGO COLLECTIVE HELSINKI

The group, known as the number one name in Finnish Jazz Manouche music, has been enlivening the field of urban culture since 2011 with its rootsy and cheerful acoustic music from the 1920s-50s and Django Reinnehardit and Django Reinneylt.

In addition to its traditional and foot-tapping swing, the group also performs its own compositions, in which the old is mixed with the new modern jazz expression in a fresh and inventive way. The music, authentically performed with simple string and string instruments, is captivating.
