When I saw him – Frauenlieben und -leben and other female portraits

Soprano Silja Aalto and pianist Minttu Siitonen delve into the life experiences of a woman. Through the songs and arias we can feel burning love, longing and joy, motherhood and excruciating loss. The music in the concert is from Ture Rangström, Robert Schumann and Toivo Kuula, among others. The concert has an interval.
